Two bedrooms. Four steps down to entrance. Beamed throughout. Cosy sitting room with ceiling open to the eaves and electric 'wood burning effect' fire in inglenook. Well equipped kitchen with dining area. Bathroom/WC and double shower cubicle. Double bedroom. Steep stairs from sitting room to first floor (unsuitable for the infirm and children under 5 years): Cosy attic twin bedded room.

Rose Cottage is a "chocolate box" cottage, it is absolutely beautiful inside and out. We had a wonderful weekend there and can't wait to return. The cottage is warm and cosy yet modern where it needs to be (kitchen and bathroom). We couldn't have chosen a better cottage.

The coastline is the major attraction here, with miles of sandy beaches stretching from historic King’s Lynn all the way round to Great Yarmouth, famous for its Golden Mile and multitude of seaside attractions and entertainments. Cromer (noted for its crabs and pier), Sheringham and Hunstanton are also firm family favourites. If you prefer something quieter during your stay in one of our holiday cottages in Norfolk, try the North Norfolk Coast, a designated Area of Natural Beauty and a haven for walkers and birdwatchers. Venture inland and you’ll discover a gently rolling landscape dotted with flint cottages and ancient churches.
The county town of Norwich is one of England’s best-preserved cities and is a joy to wander around. Don’t miss a visit to the magnificent cathedral towering above the surrounding medieval streets. East of the city lie the Norfolk Broads, a vast expanse of interconnected lakes and waterways which has long been a firm favourite with sailors. Hire a boat for a day to see them at their best. Less
well-known are the mysterious Brecks, a wilderness area of heaths and forests and one of the least-populated parts of the country.
